Schedule Highlights
DAY 1: THURSDAY, JULY 9 • FROM 1 PM
Location: Small Business Resource Center
Theme: Feel the Place
- A downtown kickoff that grounds us in the place we’re working for.
- Real stories of partnership driving progress and opportunity in the region.
- A progressive dinner crawl through local Bishop establishments.
- An evening screening of Firelines, a wildfire documentary, with Q&A.
DAY 2: FRIDAY, JULY 10 • ALL DAY
Location: Cerro Coso Community College
Theme: Build the Plan
- State of the Region: where we’ve been and what’s possible.
- Funding the connected work: lessons from regions paying for collaboration.
- A hands-on workshop to shape a shared vision for the region.
- A farm dinner at Blue Heron Farm, locally sourced.

Local and Tribal governments, land managers, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders working across the Eastern Sierra — the people shaping the region’s future.
