The public will be offered the opportunity to comment on each agenda item prior to any action on the item by the Standing Committee or, in the absence of action, prior to the Committee moving to the next item on the agenda. The public will also be offered the opportunity to address the Committee on any matter within the Committee’s jurisdiction prior to adjournment of the meeting.

Anyone wishing to make either a general public comment or comment on a specific agenda item prior to the meeting, or as the item is being heard, may do so either in writing, or by utilizing the “Raise hand” feature when appropriate in the Zoom meeting. The meeting Chair will call on those who wish to speak. Individuals that phone into the Zoom meeting wishing to make a public comment may do so by pressing *9 to “Raise Hand”. Written public comment, limited to 250 words or less, may be emailed to [email protected]. Your emailed comments may or may not be read aloud, but all comments will be made a part of the record. Please submit a separate email for each item that you wish to comment upon.
