Today, a strong ridge of high pressure, from the EPAC, extending North towards the Alaskan peninsula, brings us considerable warming. By next Monday we will see near record temps (for this time of year); 95° in Bishop, 76° in Mammoth, and 115° in Death Valley. Moderate Heat Risk is likely on Monday in the Owens Valley.
