NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT

NOTICE IS GIVEN that a quorum of the Board of Directors of Southern Inyo Healthcare District was not present for the regular meeting that was to be held on April 14, 2026.

In accordance with Government Code section 54955, the undersigned declared the meeting adjourned to Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. located at SIHD’s Conference Room.
