FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

100 Women Who Care – Good Times While Giving Back.

Bishop, CA – On Tuesday, August 5th, 100 Women Who Care – Eastern Sierra will hold their next quarterly meeting, welcoming women from across the region to come together and support local nonprofits. The event will take place at Whiskey Creek in Bishop, beginning at 5:00 pm with time to socialize at the cash bar before the program starts at 5:30 pm.

Since its founding, 100 Women Who Care has raised more than $25,000 for local charities, directly fueling organizations that uplift and strengthen the Eastern Sierra community. The group remains committed to growing this impact and invites women who are curious to come see what it’s all about; no commitment needed to attend.

New members are always welcome, and there’s no obligation to join just by attending. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded women, learn about local causes, and experience firsthand how collective giving makes a difference.

The evening includes:

  • 5:00 pm – Bar opens for drinks and socializing.
  • 5:30 pm – The program begins with three nonprofits nominated by members. Each organization will share its mission and answer questions.
  • 6:00 pm – Members vote to determine which nonprofit will receive the group’s collective donation.

The meeting wraps up at 6:30 pm, but guests are encouraged to stay, keep the conversations going, and continue building community.

  • Time: 5:00 pm (Bar Opens) | 5:30 pm (Event Start)
